The Line / All There is Between

148 x 7 x 15 cm

The Line arises from questions of impermanence and change, shifting between different states. It exists in a realm of continual flux, where presence is fleeting and perception is never fully complete. Movement merges with stillness, and silence breaks through the chatter of thought and interaction.

The work unfolds within the tension between presence and absence, between ethereal flow and moments of suspension. This threshold—the InBetween—defines the delicate boundary between Here and There, Being and Not Being. It is a space where something might already exist or is still to come, where one can be both present and no longer present at the same time.

Glass embodies this paradox by being a material that both is and isn't—a state that defies definition, remaining fixed yet ever-changing.
